High Performance Material

Zetlon Rigid Polyolef ine Foam

Zetlon is our new PP foam consisting of closed cells with a high aspect ratio. Since non-isotropic cells are oriented in the thickness direction in a sheet product, the foam has a high compression modulus in comparison to common PP foams.

Phenovaboard

The high-performance phenol foam insulation materialgPhenovaboardh is a high-performance insulation material, which uses phenol resin having thermal and chemical stability and non-CFC. The gPhenovaboardh is also an insulation material with a high degree of safety, providing less change with age and flame retardance, and exceedingly minimizing the emission of black smoke and harmful gases even in the event of fires.

Overriding insulation performance

The gPhenovaboardh is formed by producing particulate independent bubbles (cells) in foamed resin and trapping high-insulation-performance gas in such bubbles, thus delivering an exceedingly high level of insulation performance.
The gPhenovaboardh is thin in thickness but delivers excellent insulation performance, and thereby only requires short insulation panel screws for exterior insulation, which prevent exterior materials from hanging down.

Eco-friendly non-CFC building materials

Non-CFC (Green gas: Sekisuifs unique non-CFC) is used as the foam material.
In addition, this material falls into the Certification of Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation F™™™™ (Certification Number: MFN-2296), and thereby has not restrictions on use for interior finish and also can be used under the roof.

Maintaining Insulation Performance over the Long Term

The bubble film of the gPhenovaboardh has a significantly low level of permeability to gases, and thereby maintains high-insulation-efficiency gases in bubbles over the long term. Consequently, the gPhenovaboardh features characteristics capable of minimizing changes in insulation performance with time compared to other materials.

Assured Fireproof Performance

The gPhenovaboardh has characteristics to prevent flame from spreading thanks to a char layer formed on its surface. Under the Fire Defense Law, materials having the limiting oxygen index of not less than 26% are considered gnonflammableh or gflame retardanth, while materials having the index of not more than that are considered gdesignated flammable materialsh.

Prevention of metal corrosion through neutralization

The gPhenovaboardh is adjusted so that extracted pH will come to g6h, in consideration of corrosion of nails, screws, fittings, etc.
